We excel in the field of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), where we adopt a full turnkey model. Under this approach, we assume responsibility for the entire project lifecycle, including design and planning, procurement of all essential materials, and construction. Our commitment extends to strict adherence to the agreed budget, schedule, and uncompromising quality standards. With our expertise and meticulous attention to detail, we ensure that projects are executed seamlessly, meeting and exceeding expectations.
Our group offer a comprehensive Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Management (EPCM) model, encompassing an extended range of services beyond the traditional EPC approach. In addition to handling design, procurement, and construction, we also provide expert management services throughout the project lifecycle. Our dedicated team oversees all aspects of project execution, ensuring efficient coordination, effective communication, and seamless integration of various project components.
Cultivactive embraces the Build, Own, and Operate (BOO) model, which grants us full responsibility for project development, financing, engineering, procurement, construction, and ongoing operation. Under this model, we take on the entire project lifecycle, assuming ownership and operational duties beyond the construction phase. BOO projects can be developed solely by our team or through collaborations with trusted partners. This approach ensures comprehensive control throughout the project’s lifespan, resulting in long-term success.
Cultivactive adopts the Build, Own, Operate, Transfer (BOOT) model, which shares similarities with the BOO model. However, in the BOOT model, we transfer the facility to the public administration or relevant entity at the conclusion of the concession agreement. This transfer marks the transition of ownership and operational responsibility from our group to the designated authority, ensuring the continuity and long-term sustainability of the facility. Throughout the concession period, Cultivactive handles the development, ownership, and operation of the project, delivering high-quality services and infrastructure before transferring it to the public administration as agreed upon in the concession agreement.
Our group actively engages in Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) by collaborating with local governments. Through these partnerships, we bring forth innovative technologies, valuable expertise, and improved services to foster economic growth and development. By combining our strengths and resources with the local government, we work hand in hand to enhance public services, implement sustainable solutions, and drive positive change within the community. Our focus on this model enables us to create mutually beneficial relationships that benefit both the public sector and private enterprise, ultimately contributing to the overall progress and prosperity of the region.
